I like this location because it stays open the latest in Oakland 10pm is pretty decent for autopart store closing time
The guy that helped me really did a great job
The only gripe I have with them is due to the rowdy customers they have, getting them to answer the phone and not forget you are on hold cab be difficult. I blame that on their location though. Otherwise they tend to be knowledgeable and helpful when you are in store.
They had the parts I needed and their service was good

Help with any auto repair and parts. If they don't have they will order it or what store have it.
Nice place to visit but wouldn't want to live there. !! Or work there!! Too many angry customers because they don't follow up on customers request to notify them if and when the part they ordered is available. Augustina is the managers name needs more insentive in following through with customers orders.
